- Providing information to FreshTL

FreshTL or the products and services which it offers then you can
submit an enquiry by using the "Contact FreshTL" enquiry
form. This requests your name, e-mail address and detail of
your enquiry. The information which is provided to FreshTL
using this form together with any other information which is
submitted to FreshTL in any other way (whether by e-mail, telephone
and so on) will be used by FreshTL for the purposes of dealing with
the enquiry raised and will be retained on FreshTL records to

8. General provisions
8.1 FreshTL will not be responsible for any losses
or similar arising due to anything beyond its reasonable control
including for example, breakdown of machinery, software defect,

then all other parts will continue to be valid irrespective of that
aspect which is not enforceable.

not affect any of the remaining rights and remedies available.

relationship of employment, partnership or agency between us.
8.5 FreshTL may appoint any third
parties to assist it in providing this website or any related
service at any time.
8.6 A person who is not a party to this
Agreement shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third
Parties) Act 1999 to enforce it. Any remedy which exists or
is available apart from the Act is not affected.
8.7 These Terms are subject to English
law and any disputes which arise shall be determined exclusively in
the English courts.
